unless you change job or move to area closer to damansara height and make sure the route go to work is not jam....sometimes even though you stay near to working place but if the traffic flow not favor on your side, it could also jam more than hour even though short distance...

dasecret..i am staying at setapak at this moment but also need to take an hour to reach my office at damansara height. There is no much different if i stay at ecohill. During SEH CNY event day, i take around 30 minutes from lekas semenyih to jalan pahang but i need use another 20 minutes from jalan pahang to reach my house. Staying near is not an solution unless ur house beside ur office. :-)..Old klang road also getting jam nowday as a lot of condo ppl start moving in especially oug pakrlane which contribute 4000 units in that area. I believe that old klang road will become more congested in near future.

Sam gor, yalo. We signed that 1 and that would be the one SPS use to submit to MPKJ. If is going to be different, SPS by righht need to update us and request to sign again. I believe that part will be in our gated area. Some ppl really kacau.... Try to give wrong information. 

this lalat is very jealous on SEH buyers, but too bad cannot afford to buy..so every time go loitering around at SEH and bullshitting in SEH forum...

In the first place, why u so worry about tis since u r not the existing buyer.

this lalat just try to post the comment "maybe this and that" , purposely want to bring some bad image to SEH, hopefully the subsale price can drop to his affordable level...this lalat should just work hard and earn much to afford to buy...instead of spent time to jealous ppl buying SEH...

Hello-hello92..As a ppl who only know how to have free food and did not purchase hse from SEH...you do not have right to judge ppl whether he/she is flipper. Even flipper also taking risk in investment and they also care about their property. We are not promoting everywhere to take owner join our fb group. If you think without flipper and the property price will drop then i will say you are wrong as land is getting lesser in kv & material price is increase. I dun think any developer will lower down the price at this moment. If you dun interested to buy SEH, 😐pls dun always kacau here else we will get admin to suspend you again.
