Ya. SEH is great and provided a lot of tasty food for us. Comparing with a lot of developer, they are doing great job and keep their promised to develop our future home as per their plan. Really feel wonderful when saw the oriental garden same as what they show us via video earlier.Tralas owner really lucky as they can hv such nice garden which i feel better than swan lake.😀😀😇

hehehe... this is only the oriental lake, the other parts such as children playground (giant slide) and cha gardens not yet completed...

The thing we see today from my perception only represent 30 - 40% from the actual landscape... It will be much much greater when the whole landscape is completed...   

Mr Koh has mentioned in front all of us that the new KPI for the landscape officer would be to make sure the landscape is even more beautiful than those in the video....

Good News for semenyih ppl. I think EKVE & ecohill link will helping a lot to develop semenyih area. Compare with kajang..i am more confident on semenyih development since there is three big player(Eco World, SP Setia & UEM Sunrise). 😀😀😀

Maintenance of these lakes won't be cheap, roughly how much is the maintenance cost?

That means these lakes will be take care by SPS instead of MPKJ.

In Goodview Residence,Sg Long also has a private lake but take care by MPKJ, therefore the folks there only need to pay RM180 for two tier security zero for maintenance our hard-earned tax payer money used to maintain private lake, there are about 200+ houses there.

During yesterday botanical landscapes trip, one of the purchasers did highlighted to SEH whether tiara south is allowed to open a new road to ecohill link. According to SA, tiara south need to get approval from authority if they want to do so. We are quite concern if tiara south simply open a link road to ecohill link. Just like wat goodview height open a entrance at kajang silk highway.

Personally I hope that wont happen.

For the premium TS are charging, it won't cost them much to connect the road to link EH road.

Don't  forget it is not a private road and thus, most likely mpkj will approve the linkage.

Too bad.. means they are yet to get the approval from local authority about the direct connection to the Ecohill link?

MKH, Nadayu, Tropicana and other developers shall developer a flyover bridge that connect to Persiaran Bangi, should improve their accessibility in near future.
