Welcome centre is more grand. That 1 is no doubt but EcoHill design is more to Eco friendly. It simple but the design is good (to me).

Construction progress slower than EM I really cant agree... If you look at the progress, it is on course to deliver earlier than the actual delivery date. Not sure how you see between the 2.. Also not 100% comparable coz 1 is 3yrs and another is 2yrs (unless you are saying EM can complete in 2yrs time)

Sam gor, I am hoping for starbucks to come then follow by coffeebean. I recall the Ecohill advertisement (video) got show footage of starbucks cafe... (I know is an example) but hopefully got chance they will open 1 in Ecohill first. If not, i need to travel far for a nice frap
