Very efficient... 3 bilings this year... Need to pay more and more. Seriously, VP in September 2015 is really possible.

EcoMajestic units I think can even sell higher. The take up rake so high.... After 5-6yrs eveyone would be looking for 1 unit. Even for those in EcoHil will gain as well.

Anyway, still hope Setia Walk kinda mall wont build behind the shop lot. Is a quiet neighbourhood so prefer something like Aeon. Dont hope disco or pub open till late night and every night boom boom boom sweat.gif sweat.gif

Yup, doesnt make sense unless the person is desperate to move in by this year. If I can wait, I would go for Bellucia. EcoMajestic cant get 1 below RM700K already. Concept different no doubt but at least is FnG so is not so bad.

Fees is 1 thing. The merrydale area also not small. How many guards Needed to guard the place? Safer or not really cant tell. Like you said, at least ecohill got police bantuan dedicated to patrol the township.

Also, some units from pistia and aquatilis also facing apartmenr or school... Shld it be a cause of concern?
