Lol... suddenly SEH becomes "so efficient" in billing... Seems like the VP is very soon...

I received the 2d billing invoice as well...

"The roofing, electrical wiring, plumbing, gas piping (if any) and internal telephone trunking and cabling to the said building" - Completed...   

Treehill gor, all 56 units gone already except for 2 corner units...

Is there single storey? I tot  3 storeys?

Based on the plan, where the police station is located?

Now at home can see the plan clearly already.  The ones for sale currently are those in front of thr future commercial.

Setia Walk has hotel, service apartment, Soho, offices, cinema, alfresco FnB, pub/bistro and some retail business..

All or only some elements will be here?   

If SEH really following the illustrative masterplan picture as well as the promotion videop, this area should be a mall...

I really hope SEH can make it a mall with a good anchor tenant, a cinema with some alfresco dining FnB...

It will be the best if SEH can organize a marathon session between ecohill link & SEH. Hope it can be a whole day event include marathon, makan-makan & landscaping tour. 😎😎😎😎..this will help a lot to promote SEH to public as a lot of ppl like attend marathon event and can let them view the best view in SEH.

30% - 40% decent gain

For SEH I think it's not the right time yet for the buyers to sell considering that the market is slow and SEH still have some stocks to clear.  If not desperate and can hold, should wait till infra, facilities and commercial ready and with more occupancy.  Another 5 yrs should be the right time for a good price.  Just my view.

Not sure whether pallida can sell so high as phase 2 bellucia still left around 4 units for rm615000 with 2025sq build up.FYI. Begonia almost sold out as only left one unit for rm598000 and may sold out soon..haha...market is cool but SEH still able to sell their property with good concept.

Ya..no so bad for F&G as Eco Majestic merrydale need more than 700k now and this will be 100k different between bellucia & merrydale. Since police bantuan from Setia will be 24 hours patrol through out the township. The security should be quite ok although cant compare with fully g&g at Eco Majestic but there is a lot of different in maintenance fee & gst is required to pay for strata landed property.

I think to boost the sales of Bartonia, SEH really need to convince the potential buyers about the issue on the future apartment facing... SEH need to come out with a solid plan to deal with this in order to minimize the privacy issue between the Bartonia units and the future apartment...
