Sam gor, did you notice that our P1 terrace homes small road separating between the 2 end lots in gray color? The main road is black or dark gray. Does it mean that that road is not meant for car to pass thru? Any idea?

This one I am not very sure, perhaps gray color means single lane?

4 years from now, Semenyih folks perhaps no need to pass through Cheras going to KL, can use EKVE directly to Ampang, and SUKE from Ampang to KL....

Good News for semenyih ppl. I think EKVE & ecohill link will helping a lot to develop semenyih area. Compare with kajang..i am more confident on semenyih development since there is three big player(Eco World, SP Setia & UEM Sunrise). 😀😀😀

EKVE also need Selangor Government to degazette the forest reserve then only can start work. Azmin demand for the same conditions for all highway operator, any idea AZ fulfill it?
