Lel yeah I know it's not gonna be as good as US's but if the unit's cheaper than getting one in Malaysia I don't see why not. However it's just the regional problem that is worth considering

hmm since you're only 1 year there it probably better to not buy 3ds there. if somehow you're still want to grab 1, I would suggest to stock up games before you're coming back. ebay, game, cex or amazon would be a good place to get cheap 2nd hand games. if you want new, non-2nd hand ones, take a look at sites like simplygames. avoid buying new games from highstreet stores like game since they're rarely cheap. or if you don't mind digital instead of physical, you can still buy from eshop using local card (bar card that's issued by some bank that I heard generally quite problematic with foreign/online transactions) unlike NA eshop so grab cheap large capacity sd/micro sd during black Friday or boxing day.

Hi guys, I'm planning to join the Nintendo New 3DS bandwagon as my cousin in US is helping me to buy the Super Mario set for 99 USD (Black Friday promo).

Understand that there's no charger available, do you guys know where I can purchase it in KL?

And is it more advisable to purchase Pokemon Sun/Moon in US or purchase it locally here?

And another quick question: how does 2nd hand games goes? It comes with pre-saved games in cartridge? What's the difference of buying new vs 2nd hand games?

any gamestore should sell one i believe, or just grab usb charger from daiso. 3ds use the same charging port as dsi but not ds lite
as for pokemon, just compare which one is cheaper. pretty sure the price is about the same anyway and I don't recall seeing major retailers there having sun/moon in their black Friday deals
2nd hand games do sometimes come with old owner's save file since most of the games are saved directly to the cart bar some games like monster hunter generations that saves to sd card. not much difference, it's just whether you want the game in mint, complete in box condition vs cheaper price generally

New is New, and 2nds hand is cheaper. That is what I know. not sure about save file.

RPG games, I was looking for a 2010 years old RPG games, name Golden Sun, have nice turn based battle system and summon monster. Not yet buy, very hard to find new and even 2nd hand one. lol

Thanks bro, will definitely check out Daiso since it's cheap and nice haha. But if I charge with normal USB, it won't kill my 3DS battery right (referring to how smartphone battery usually dies very quickly when using cheap chargers).
