Actually i rasa regret beli gandaria ni, first resale value teruk...sekarang ni condo range 350k to 550k jer laku keras... second condo yg di beli tak boleh nk cover loan bnk dah mcm beli landed house pulak..😝 unless u buat interior lawa dgn cosy punya finishing... maybe kalo topup loan pun sikit jer. Third pasal harga tk balance dgn rupa condo balcony pun takder walau rega atas 600k😝... lately ni bnyk condo yg dijual lagi besar, lagi lawa, kawasan tanah yg luas dgn harga lagi murah. Fourth ramai owner yg buang harga sewa! Fifth pasal dah tk boleh buat Airbnb! 🤦🏻♂️
