Till today, 158 units sold from total 259 units......61% sold after 1 year launching. I wonder, is this sales achievement considered ok or not ok during this current economy......

Waa.....new apartment beside McD and tasik cempaka bangi it seems from pkns..miss the launch....found out just know when jogging this morning looking at the empty podium hehehe.....this is better location than gandaria it seems....dont know when will start sale and what price....hope this will help increase gandaria value. But people might cancel gandaria and wait for this....but the more development the better. Hmmmm what is the price?? Cheaper or same or more than gandaria....

Sorry wrong word....not launched but pendaftaran dibuka for issya@bangi...no details yet. I also google but no info. Hope this new project will not block evo's nice tasik cempaka view huhuhu.

Ada bas feeder MRT Kajang lalu area bangi pkns dan hospital an anur. Sangt dekat dgn Evo Mall dan juga Sunway Gandaria.

By time feeder bas sampai dekat stop yg berdekatan dgn MRT bus mungkin dah penuh sebab dah ambil byk penumpang sebelum itu ππ. Jadi property yg dekat dgn MRT better walk rather than tunggu bas takut bas penuh π
