I visited many lands in bangi but all with bumi status. i have sad

so gonna hard to get a house there at bangi for non bumi ?

there is also massive earthwork inside bangi golf resort, that facing sect 3 and 4..wonder what is this project?
any possibility sunway bought some land there for this gandaria? since what i know there is almost no undevelop land at b.b.bangi...

yup i think so its highrise... so far no details from Sunway and no idea where is the location

new billboard went up..likely highrise coming up this october..dunt think high end high rise will doing well here but wait this is sunway !!

i texted the number, its a retail & service apartment located opposite bangi kopitiam seksyen 9. launching probably this sept

any indicative on psf? units for aparment? any idea on high rise rental potential here? besides, seems too many vacant retail dy here plus more incoming. over supply?

Min price shud be 500k? Most probaly for unit size around 600sft? Premium developer with premium prices!

Serene Heights is a better buy with addtional 50K! Freehold some more.

There's only Evo Soho for high rise in bbbangi which will be completed in 2017. i know about this Gandaria project will be at the empty commercial land behind Bangi Sentral, just did not expect it is going to be this soon. There will be 259 serviced apartment and 34 retail units. hoping that it will boost the commercial area there. Bbbangi has no high rise so i think it is good if we have another one built here.
