u can go to seasoon at jln ipoh..or kafer over at puchong..or concept at old klang road..your choice..if u are near kl..can try seasoon..they offer a good price..

yesterday had just started the engine...
but the dynamo already dead...sigh...can't charge the battery..
but the engine's sound was really nice~!

wow..must spend quite alot of money on the tools itself..nice project..wish i can do some overhaul thingy also..u overhaul yourself huh?? know how to fit back all the parts in?? i always kind of left 1 or 2 screws..for some stuff i open so don't dare to play with my ride..scare later dunno left out how many screws..

the MAKNA drive??might not driving along..haha..kind of busy..my job need me to be in the office or travel out often..

yeah me and erique26 overhaul ourself.
we used alot of plastic cups to store those bolts and nuts then label them up we took out from which place.yet we still lost a few screws...but no sweat,just go and buy them.anyway they're all old and rusted,actually if really wana make performance better buy new one.

oh btw,i've done alot of mistake here...
first of all,should've took video when open the engine,then when put it up,follow the sequence how we dismantled the engine.
and 2nd mistake is those aluminium tins,we tot they were annoying and useless,so we did not put them back in...
end up i read on books they're essential for air flow even just a tiny lil piece.so rmbr never throw anything from your engine...these german build them for a reason....lol...

well anyway my original 1.6cc engine now's on the floor...
but might not be touching it so soon until i go malacca lai kam wah and/or thailand bangkok to get some performance part for it.
i think i want to make it a performance engine.
(maybe a 2.0cc? hehehehe)
if u happen to know any piston suit for 2.0bore,please let me know ok?

dude, i am also a VW bettle owner, inherited it from my father, have been my loyal car for a straight 5 years, been broken down and tow back to workshop more than 5 times on the road, but now seldom drive it since i got my new car, coz VW is a fuel gazer!!
anyway, if u wants to find 2nd hand spare parts and engines for VW, i have a place to recommend, its at old klang road, near pearl point hotel, beside pearl point, there a road, beside the road is a furniture shop, and beside the furniture shop is a HSL electrical shop, the workshop is juz behind the electrical shop, and the workshop is a wooden house kinda shop... when u go in, u will know is a VW shop coz there will be some VW there..
the mechanic is my VW mechanic, thanks to him my VW is still running till today..
and there a shop at old klang road too, on the way to subang and sunway if u r usin the old klang road, if i not mistaken, the shop is called CONCEPT, which sells new VW spare parts.

my dad sells car??lol..where got get this news from?? my dad is not working..enjoying his life now.. i now using 1.3..so not going to do any overhaul thingy at all..i'm going to get a 1.6..not so fast lar..cause i just buy lots of part for my car..rims..change all the brake pumps..tires..all over there also cost a boom to me..

by the way..where u get all those parts to do overhaul job??u overhaul at your house ah??how long does it took u to finish all the job??

some thing we get from Volks Europa Pandamaran Klang,some we get from see soon.
now altho the engine is up,but i'm going to mlc lai kam wah after my final exam.
and year end might go to thai....to get alot alot other parts.
