Precisely, a few anchor tenants hv not moved in, but one thing for sure, Malaysian shoppers never afraid of congestion, although Mid Valley has the edge over it, this mall stands firm on it’s choice of tenants, many brands want to open but rejected.

Hi guys, is there any thread to discuss on the latest Flex Sovo project that should be included over here hehe, just visited the gallery about this. About 780psqft nett on level22 with partial furnished and 1 car park. Worth for investment in this prime location in comparison to the closest competitor, Aurora & Revo. Seems cheap in comparison.

Isn't 2 different property category, 1 is a commercial SOVO located walking distance to pav 2 (for Airbnb & office) and another's a residential project within KL Wellness for 1000sqft+ with 3B+2B, it will definitely cheaper in terms of psqft

I've enquired already on that project, called Ana Residence (Tower A). There will be 4 towers in total but all unit layouts in Tower A begins with 1020+sqft and above starting from RM720psqft

I went to Flex Sovo sales gallery today. For 636sft, selling at rm555k plus come with 2 car parks side by side. Sifus, is it worth to buy?

HH has been having hard time since 2004, therefore their landed project stopped after 30% of work, it took 6 years to complete, followed by selling 5 pieces of land in BJ to private developers, Maxim, Pavilion BJ, Lai Meng school, Seri Jalil lands are all belongs to HH initially, due to financial constraints, they are forced to let go some lands, Aurora Place is built by HH with the agreement from Malton, still the building was not planned properly.
They fooled the buyers of the shop design, half way convert 4 shops into highrise tower, and the uneven height of the shop land was not disclosed properly, pls visit Aurora Place before you purchase.

After the agreement with Malton, I thought they shd have a better cash position and able to deliver quality product, but it fails eventually.

Have u check on rental portals the need for small units like this in BJ?

Really so high demand?

U need to do more research n give us more info

Ie rental of similar size in ur area, rental of bigger size beside the unit

Then u can get a good benchmark

Dont just see roi claims from agent

BJ got so much high paying job?

N next to pavi but surrounded by hosp??

They used to move a mountain with fingers at prime but after lau(old) chee passing, history dy. Son also can't hold fort.
Dispute in interest started from BJ landbank itself /w MPrima (can't remember what name dy also the imbi BKT kaki la)
