Pavilion Bukit Jalil tenancy % not ip to 40% yet, expected to reach 60% by year end.
Based on current vistors crowd, weekday about 1,500 cars cars, Saturday 2,200 and Sunday 2,700 cars, still far below the target of 4,200 cars at any point of time, expected whole week would achieve 70,000 cars, Mid Valley and Sunway easily hit >240,000 cars a week.

Precisely, a few anchor tenants hv not moved in, but one thing for sure, Malaysian shoppers never afraid of congestion, although Mid Valley has the edge over it, this mall stands firm on it’s choice of tenants, many brands want to open but rejected.

HH has been having hard time since 2004, therefore their landed project stopped after 30% of work, it took 6 years to complete, followed by selling 5 pieces of land in BJ to private developers, Maxim, Pavilion BJ, Lai Meng school, Seri Jalil lands are all belongs to HH initially, due to financial constraints, they are forced to let go some lands, Aurora Place is built by HH with the agreement from Malton, still the building was not planned properly.
They fooled the buyers of the shop design, half way convert 4 shops into highrise tower, and the uneven height of the shop land was not disclosed properly, pls visit Aurora Place before you purchase.

After the agreement with Malton, I thought they shd have a better cash position and able to deliver quality product, but it fails eventually.
