I believe ho hup was owning the entire landbank incl the pavillion bj land.

Due to debt issue, they swapped the land with cash for pavillion but still retain a portion for their shoppe development.

They also sold a small part to revo developer

Macam empire story lah.....ho hup never a credential company....

I have scheduled my key collection on 1st week of December.

HH told me only to inspect the unit but the defects rectification can only be started after CCC.

Same as mine, scheduled inspection on 1st week of Dec.
I challenge HH why schedule inspection so late but the VP letter issued on 31st Oct? It's very obvious HH is trying to reduce the LAD damage and yet their VP process is not in place.

I asked for the breakdown of the late charges since last week, till now no reply from HH. They are taking their own sweet time as long as VP letter sent out, they dont really care if the purchasers want to collect the keys/perform handover or not.

Defect rectification can be started after CCC? That's mean further delaying to move in, HH may just blame on long Q for defects rectification, so purchaser slow slow wait la....

1.this week the calculation of extra payment before VP will be done,will email us the amount,then only make appointment for key collection.
2.renovation plan can be submitted after that for hohup approval
3.LAD can email now to her,then she will forward to LAD department for processing

-->I've been chasing for the clearance breakdown(late charges & pending payment like maintenance fee + sinking fund) since day 1 I walked to HH office on VP issue about 2 weeks ago, till now HH still not able to show me the breakdown. Why.....why.......why send out VP letter early early??????????? Trying to reduce the impact on LAD, very obvious, right?

Finally, today received breakdown of late charges and clearance from HH after many rounds of chasing mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

The monthly maintenance(service) fees is ~ 50cent per sqft based on my unit size of ~ 745sqft.....so expensive ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

Yes. Only 200 units plus units and still want to take sweet time to hand over the VP... Fainted.

Please share some photos here after joint inspection of your unit. Let us see how good is their workmanship.....

I think less than 200 units for the VP, because some purchasers still not getting their VP as yet....how can HH implement double standard on VP vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif
