How many months from your SPA date? My case was I sign SPA few months later as I take the loan rejected unit. i think those sign spa earlier can save some gst. at least half i guess . so if spa price is 600k, 6% is 36k, half is 18k.. can pay for 2 years bank interests d

Look at the construction progress photos, guest still need ~ 1 year to complete....hope can claim 10% from HH soon, else keep paying interest, very jialat.

Just wonder why the HOHUP HQ and REV.O progress are faster than Aurora SOVO... fainted. headache...
