Guess HH is desperate to close the last 5% progressive claim and perform VP to avoid more LD.
However, by looking at the completion status as shown below, HH's appointed architect/consultant declared that as practically completed?

I received letter for last 5% progressive payment notice, not the VP notice ler....that's why I wonder when the VP notice will be sent to owners as the "practically completed" as claimed is not acceptable if the building is not really in completion state.

VP now? Anyone received VP notice? Aurora Sovo is commercial.

How about the shoplots @ AURORA PLACE(3, 4, and 5-storey shop-offices) VP readiness?

No idea on the park sky residence completion status leh....but seems the construction progress is fast, when passby Kesas, can see the structure up to top floor already, if not mistaken.

As mentioned, HH sent out last 5% progressive claim for my Sovo unit, but not VP notice yet.

According to my SPA schedule, delayed VP and LD kick-in starting mid of Aug....let's see if HH will compensate 10% LD

I believe may purchasers will get delayed VP, thus can form a group to proceed for sue case as the grouped amount of LAD will be substantial.

If kucing satu dua making noise....then can forget about it la.

The buyers have to ask themselves why agree with "lopsided agreement" which is comparable with AES agreement?

Here you go, HH claim the 5% start from the lower floor 1st. Due date is 24 Aug, damn it.

Non schedule spa is not governed by hda and its non standard - but it's govern by law, right?

The delayed VP started to kick-in this month for my case, let's see if HH is low class enuf to VP their Sovo with current completion status. How to claim LAD, just follow the law...

Ya, it's stated clearly in SPA whereby developer is not liable for any delay in issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)...

As mentioned by some of the members here whereby under non-schedule SPA, the developer can declare VP like any time as they wish?

I am not sure since this is my 1st commercial property, signed SPA since 2014 Apr and till now no sign of completion....

Dont know it's sweet time or hard time to complete this project la....they way I see is HH is really pokai until they need to charge the last 5% progressive payment so early with so called "practically completed"
