I received letter for last 5% progressive payment notice, not the VP notice ler....that's why I wonder when the VP notice will be sent to owners as the "practically completed" as claimed is not acceptable if the building is not really in completion state.

No idea on the park sky residence completion status leh....but seems the construction progress is fast, when passby Kesas, can see the structure up to top floor already, if not mistaken.

Took some pictures on Sovo construction progress.

HoHup --> This is called "practically completed" and can claim last 5% from purchaser mei ??

VP in September is unlikely. AURORA PLACE(3, 4, and 5-storey shop-offices) also many touch-up not completed yet.

The main entrance has no sign of completion at all.

The slap is still not painted, while the HH HQ has painted.

As mentioned, HH sent out last 5% progressive claim for my Sovo unit, but not VP notice yet.

I believe may purchasers will get delayed VP, thus can form a group to proceed for sue case as the grouped amount of LAD will be substantial.

If kucing satu dua making noise....then can forget about it la.
