Anyone know if whatsapp chat group has been created for Aurora Sovo owner?

Finally, today received letter of VP which is dated on 31 Oct.
But handover of keys from Monday-Friday only....upon settlement of outstanding balance from banks & etc. |

WTH they send out the VP letter so early since they are not ready for VP! 7) Part of VP process, need to pay 3 months maintenance fees/sinking fund + 6 months deposit on maintenance fees/sinking fund + insurance + quit rent +.....end up > RM4k++.
