To be frank at the current economy outlook. RM10psf would be great. Anything above that is bonus.

the mall got to perform better than mid valley to command rm20 for retails and rm3.50 for offices.

U haven't receive any letter? It's not my unit, its relative. Fully furnishing it now. According to them. The rent they got can cover their loan. Update again if can get the exact rental.

The facilities seems decent. the gyms is quite spacious.

However biggest letdown IMO is the swimming pool with the pillars leaving small gap for lapping. The developer should cantilever the pool so that bigger room available for lapping. Imagine 1K+ units are trying to lap at this pool biggrin.gif

Nice, in terms of main entrance (but wait, if visitor, better be careful upon driving out, quite dangerous) and nice lobby.

Facilities overall is awesome among Bkt Jalil condos, not as nice as compare Twin Arkz or spoky Rainz in terms of architectural or modern design, but definitely not as conventional as Berjaya's all range. The let down is their swimming pool, nothing special and no view and also the infinity pool, lenght pool with nice view but too many huge long beams in the middle of the pool.

Visited twice and went into 4 units, all 900-1000+ sq feet, quality not bad but lay-out bit turn off esp 1000+ sq feet. 11' feet ceiling is excellent and "park" view is indeed cool. Bedrooms all too small and kitchen hideaway, making way for bigger and squarish living. give and take.
Toilet is let down, full wall tiles is already expected given such premium pricing but lack of design to save costs.

I don't take too long each show unit, found some minor defects easily but 2 of the units have wall defects and sharp edge area. Otherwise, the workmanship is not bad. Consider ok given it is just Malton.
