Should be good if manage well like ioi city mall / velocity / mytown. Huge catchment high density populations area (bukit jalil / seri kembangan / sri petaling /oug /puchong)

Looking at sheer size of the mall, investment in infrastructure upgrade and participation of QIA, the early signs seems good.

So far in KL retail scene, all new mega malls are doing well (velocity, my town, ioi city mall).

Midvalley The Boulavard Ground Floor retail is able to fetch RM20psf while the office above it can fetch for atleast RM3.50psf. Wonder if Bukit Jalil City Signature Office has the same potential.
