QUOTE(emyght2016 @ Apr 23 2019, 02:21 PM) prime lots of the signature shops and aurora retail are holding up well.. both in terms of rental rates and demand.. rest will have to wait for the mall.. the upcoming hotpot in aurora entrance corner @ 7.50/sqf is already shopping mall rates.. revo's product seem inferior vs aurora, wonder does size matters now? Congratulations to those who rented their lots at BJC earlier for long period. They got very cheap rent. Now all revised to higher rates.

Just information for all. 1) Qatar Investment Authority has seek participation into BJC, many has speculate that it could be the reason that Pav Reit pull out. https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/malt...ion-bukit-jalil2) In case some random smarta$$ jump in and say Qatar what? Well FYI Qatar Investment Authority owns 35.7% of Pavilion REIT https://www.marketscreener.com/PAVILION-REA...318047/company/3) Even with those, PavReit has re established interests in BJC ownership. https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/pavi...-mall-ownershipSo for those who think that BJC is bad, well time will tell. I myself is particularly excited about it. I think BJC will be a milestone in Bukit Jalil. This post has been edited by oneup: May 11 2019, 04:48 PM

QUOTE(icemanfx @ May 11 2019, 05:15 PM) Could reit buy into unfinished property? This I am not sure. But from what the article said. It could be after completion.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ May 13 2019, 10:04 AM) Exactly. developer and reit have the same chairman, why need to bring in reit prematurely? I am sorry, I don't get the point you are trying to make. They are considering acquiring after completion. Its stated in the article.

Midvalley The Boulavard Ground Floor retail is able to fetch RM20psf while the office above it can fetch for atleast RM3.50psf. Wonder if Bukit Jalil City Signature Office has the same potential.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Oct 16 2019, 10:20 AM) If the business could sustain, $30 psf is also feasible. the question is how many business could sustain $20 psf rental? To be frank at the current economy outlook. RM10psf would be great. Anything above that is bonus.

QUOTE(cy91 @ Sep 1 2020, 01:15 PM) But still can't beat midvalley. Midvalley is directly connected to two train lines (KTM and LRT kelana jaya) Both has their strength and weaknesses. I personally prefer Pav BJ. The development is well planned.
