I can confirm that this is true. Rental of RM3500 fully furnished unit at Twin Ark.

Congratulations to those who rented their lots at BJC earlier for long period. They got very cheap rent. Now all revised to higher rates.

Just information for all.

1) Qatar Investment Authority has seek participation into BJC, many has speculate that it could be the reason that Pav Reit pull out.

2) In case some random smarta$$ jump in and say Qatar what? Well FYI Qatar Investment Authority owns 35.7% of Pavilion REIT

Midvalley The Boulavard Ground Floor retail is able to fetch RM20psf while the office above it can fetch for atleast RM3.50psf. Wonder if Bukit Jalil City Signature Office has the same potential.

To be frank at the current economy outlook. RM10psf would be great. Anything above that is bonus.

U haven't receive any letter? It's not my unit, its relative. Fully furnishing it now. According to them. The rent they got can cover their loan. Update again if can get the exact rental.

Both has their strength and weaknesses. I personally prefer Pav BJ. The development is well planned.
