Honestly, one month doesn't really tell you much about fx at all.

Keep going for another 5 months and if you've come out with a net profit at the end of it then you can consider going live.

Good luck and welcome onboard!

Hi everyone, i am a newbie on forex trading and wish to gain some experience on different broker. Has anyone tried trading with FXCM before?

I saw the advertisement of FXCM offering low spread and high leverage account lately. They seems to be a reputable broker with many products available such as forex, cfd and commodities.

Did you guys tried their demo account before?

http://www.fxcm.com/my/forex-trading-demo/

I heard the minimum deposit is only usd50 which is good for small trader like me
http://www.fxcm.com/my/trading-account/open-an-account/

Any opinion guys? What is the different for MT4 platform and TS2 platfom? Please guide me

I called their customer service at 1800-816-001 once and they speak multiple languge.

Please kindly advice. Thanks.

fxcm no problem.. but the spread is not that good if you're using ndd account.
they do have new type of account with lower margin requirements and spread.
been using them since i started trading.

And by quoting his post you have removed his ability to remove the links from your quotes. doh.gif

and we are not so blind that we can't tell the difference between a normal link and an affiliate link.

I didn't ask you to remove your quote.. I was just pointing out that you wanted him to remove the link but yet you quoted it. There is no way for him to remove it even if he wanted to. Anyway, the link is not an issue so lets go back to trading. At least poks had a laff out of it.

i need to start PMing ppl..as my agenda is to make money!! lol

btw, the guy with multi million account in fxbook has already made his data private or delete the link with fxbook. It was interesting to watch how these guys work and perform if consistency can be found. His last round was having very bad losing streak position and closed off several mill of losing position (not all).
Probably too malu to show this kind of result if they are boasting to be fund manager.
btw, he will only work on 250k USD and above fund size if you want him to manage and work on a shared gained like pamm.

His update says:

"The account was online for two potential large clients to view and study for a month or so and was not intended for enjoyment or for smaller clients. As mentioned in previous postings , we do manage client's accounts with minimum entry of 250k € . We may place the account back online in the future if potential client/s require. If anyone would like to enter in our managed account service , you can contact us directly either on skype or email."

I am sure the two potential large clients had a spook by now..

Downward momentum for EU is gone. Short covering already in place. The only shadow hovering around EU is Greece. Anytime can explode either direction. With no raising of the interest rates in view, all those who shorted from last year will have to start covering. Look at your daily charts and you see an inverted head and shoulders forming. We are also approaching summer months which means everything is going to slow down in June/July as always. That's just my analysis for these coming months. Near term analysis still have Greece shadow over it.
