U cannot appoint yourself as a proxy; U either go as a shareholder or appoint a proxy to represent U if U can't go.
Else it's like U send someone to collect a debt of RM10,000 and then U also go yourself to try to collect another RM10,000 - cheating, right ?
The sole purpose of proxy is U send someone to go on your behalf since U can't go; if U can go, U have no right to also appoint a proxy.

Quil juz a building management for EPF, i doubt EPF will inject to MRCB-QUill, when EPF can enjoin the rental profit.
