REITs are mostly up, divvy stocks mostly up.... and dividend yield is compressing.

The dividend yield will compress enough until there will be a shakeout..

Fed increase rates has already been priced into the yield..

Treasuries has not gone down despite FED already said many times will increase rate.. like no feel already.. people just want safety.

There was a recent coal mine explosion with a few fatalities (N Korean etc) in Sarawak. Learnt that the coal mining company is under this and that politicians and their family members.

No wonder there was a plan to build some more coal fired power stations. Create the demand and they supply the coal!  There are just too many of this type of "business/project" in Sarawak and also in Pen M'sia.

Ride on their boats to catch some of the fish?
