Even not so rich people also willing to pay "overprice" for a property after developer clear the land which is next to industrial area, dig a lake, plant some trees/grass in not structured manner, put a private school in some shoplot mah..

The buyer also bluff around how good the is the project and the environment (surrounding by industrial and housing, can't even see a mountain around) and pay RM 20 ask bangla (personally think very cheapskate lah) take pictures on this project and show to people how beautiful of the pictures tim... tongue.gif

Everyone also know that project is for xin kah stay one, the most overprice kaw kaw project tim.... tongue.gif

Actually got one company interested to buy this land....but we drop it....and bought another bigger one.......you know which company la.......

This one totally nothing firm yet except than planning dev of half range lower than Eco Majestic.

Eco Sanctuary first for 2015.

No doubt JH location is better than this. But price also will double compare to this. So not apple to apple.

Why not KLCC, why not Bangsar, why not Mid Valley circle, why not Bdr Utama, why not Damansara, why not PJ, right?

Puchong used to rubbish dump lake area too... Now if got 1000 sqf condo with facilities sell below 500k in puchong you will say fairly cheap... brows.gif brows.gif

Puchong comprise of more hutan and ex mining land.

No worry, bro horn should know Puchong a lot bcz he is Koi Kinrara owner ( reckon ). I believe he still criticize if any 1k sq ft condo selling RM 500k in nearby Koi, which actual is higher price.

Everyone call Puchong as forest until 10 years back and now gain momentum.
