Block A and B 600 plus units gonna VP soon in 2-3 months time. Will see how the end product whether it is Amara 2.0 or improvement done.
The Sphere project beside seems to be very low occupancy rate now. Probably difficult to rent out in today oversupply market. |

Unless you push the developer for the overhead bridge to cross the damansara damai main road in and out, you need to walk to Lestari flat there to take the traffic light to cross the road. And yeah the traffic light will not be working during peak hour to ease traffic flow.
So for now. You are not able to walk safely to MRT station. Unless you take risk by running across the road daily. |

The station actual location is further down. The entrance to the station is located at the other end. If not mistaken there is a police station there. That is the exact entrance to take the MRT. |

Judging from Sphere Damansara rental market at the moment, it is not doing well at this location.  |
