Did the developer promise to build an alternative access road into Damansara Damai?

I notice their FB page deleting all bad comments. Especially during the treasure hunt event. Badly organized.

Damansara Damai is famous for having only 1 road in and 1 road out only. Try driving there during peak hour to feel the jam. You can even search YouTube or Google. Ppl even stage protest to have an alternative road access to ease the jam on this one and only road.

No didn't join. But read plenty of negative comments posted at their FB after the event. Example: complain about disorganised. got accidents. chaos when ppl driving against the traffic and simply park in the middle of the road. lol.
Surprisingly check back later, those comments all vanish. Meaning that the page deleted all those negative comments.

Yes the pedestrian crossing is for those from lestari apartment to cross. traffic light only work during off peak hour.

as for Zizz, without an overhead bridge, will be dangerous to cross. FYI alanlimkk the traffic from main road turning left into Damansara Damai area is always green.

Block A and B 600 plus units gonna VP soon in 2-3 months time. Will see how the end product whether it is Amara 2.0 or improvement done.

The Sphere project beside seems to be very low occupancy rate now. Probably difficult to rent out in today oversupply market.

Majority duplex unit rental below 1000 can get. Around 800-900.
Targeting wrong tenant market I would say. Duplex more suitable for working professional but location at Damansara Damai low cost area where majority low to middle income family staying.

Unless you push the developer for the overhead bridge to cross the damansara damai main road in and out, you need to walk to Lestari flat there to take the traffic light to cross the road. And yeah the traffic light will not be working during peak hour to ease traffic flow.

So for now. You are not able to walk safely to MRT station. Unless you take risk by running across the road daily.

Yes, even google pics showing ppl crossing the road. Proper pedestrian crossing is located near Lestari flat.

And also your second pics is misleading. The station is not located at the edge near KFC. You are just trying to show how "near" is it to The Zizz.
The station actual location is further down. The entrance to the station is located at the other end. If not mistaken there is a police station there. That is the exact entrance to take the MRT.

The exact entrance to the MRT2 Damansara Damai station is located at Balai Polis Damansara Damai there.
No idea where is The Zizz main entrance. But 450 meter walking distance should be just about correct.

Anyway, is not about the distance, is more about the safety.

Just received notice that Block A and B completed. Now let's see the quality of Jaya Megah this time.
Judging from Sphere Damansara rental market at the moment, it is not doing well at this location.
