Is a fully furnished and renovated unit. Owner try to sell at 500K+ in subsale market but fail.
But also no guarantee all loose furniture inside will be still there if you buy from lelong.
Anyway, sold at 379K.

Single bidder won unchallenged at reserve price of 328K only.
Size 883 sqft.

Seems like a good catch.

This owner got another unit too under different bank. OCBC.
Just next door unit D-24-16. Dropping price towards this price.
Can standby for those interested.
