7. Check the previous page, already mentioned that walking require you to run across the one and only road in and out of damansara damai. It is busy full with cars during morning peak hour and evening after work hour. Definitely not safe.

8. You will not get full 99 years starting from Block C completion date. Nope.
All land inside damansara damai (majority own by MK Land) got the same lease period which ends at 2103.

9. Yes you are right. Surrounding such as Sphere Damansara and One Damansara bigger in size unit renting at 1300 monthly partial furnish. Will someone willing to pay the same rent 1300 monthly to stay at this minisize 2 bedrooms unit?


Investor group you mean FR? I know their group heavily promote and put interest in Damansara Damai. Not only this project but Suasana Damai, One Damansara and Park Avenue offices as well. But without having an alternative second route access, this place gonna go from bad to worse due to the increase in population. Will MRT able to save this place? who knows.

If just a short distance, zebra crossing is better than a jejantas where you need to walk up and down the stair. believe me if got jejantas, nobody will use. coz lazy and better to just run across the road easier.

anyway zebra crossing with traffic light already available further up at Lestari Apartment junction there.

And show unit is showing inside the unit layout only.
I have never come accross any show room that will show the outside area such as the corridor for example.

I think those 1000 or 1100 ads, agents fishing for contact.
Realistic minimum rental is 1200 for the smallest size unit 751 sqft basic/partial furnish.
Good place to rent but rental wont be high end. As mention previously, Damansara Damai is a low cost area. Is not real Damansara.

Here this place should be a good upgrade for those ppl renting in the surrounding flats, add in a bit to upgrade stay in condo and enjoy the facilities.

Nah doesn't count as alternate route coz is connected to the same main road.
Meaning, you actually got 2 source flowing into the main road. And is located side by side. Everybody heading into the same main road.

The Zizz and all those from Prima Damansara side taking 1 source.
One Damansara and all those from the main Damansara Damai side taking 1 source.
