I went and see the units. I guess why people still buy from them... It's because per sq ft it's cheap. And nearby MRT is USP. MS is selling almost 700 PSF for the mrt bridge link to their building.

Went to check out their showroom. Seems that they are coming out with a new sales package but yet to explain to me. Trying to make it even more affordable.

Checked out the place recently, it's too small to consider for proper family living. Looks like developer taking shortcut to design unit just to fit in 3 bedrooms but not practical. I envision the place to be full of students and young working adults but poorly maintained. Definitely other condos more worthwhile than this, unless you really suka Damansara and don't mind handicap

Did the developer promise to build an alternative access road into Damansara Damai?

I notice their FB page deleting all bad comments. Especially during the treasure hunt event. Badly organized.

Damansara Damai is famous for having only 1 road in and 1 road out only. Try driving there during peak hour to feel the jam. You can even search YouTube or Google. Ppl even stage protest to have an alternative road access to ease the jam on this one and only road.

No didn't join. But read plenty of negative comments posted at their FB after the event. Example: complain about disorganised. got accidents. chaos when ppl driving against the traffic and simply park in the middle of the road. lol.
Surprisingly check back later, those comments all vanish. Meaning that the page deleted all those negative comments.
