I went and see the units. I guess why people still buy from them... It's because per sq ft it's cheap. And nearby MRT is USP. MS is selling almost 700 PSF for the mrt bridge link to their building.

Did the developer promise to build an alternative access road into Damansara Damai?

I notice their FB page deleting all bad comments. Especially during the treasure hunt event. Badly organized.

What do you mean by alternative access to Damansara Damai?

Did you went to their treasure hunt?

I booked a unit la since entry price so low. Developer is wanting to redeem itself from previous poor workmanship so hope they will improve this time. They can't be risking their reputation TWICE right if they want to continue and expand their business? if they don't look after their workmanship then bad luck! Hopefully different contractors/sub-contractors this time.
*
Hopefully too... I also bought a unit there because of the low entry price... but sometimes if i pass thru there... I have a look and sometime I went up to the flats area and have a look at the development from behind. The lawyer i signed my s&p told me she booked a cornered unit for own stay as well. She said she have confidence with them and hopefully what she says will be true.

Is there a promise covered walkway to the MRT station?
If yes, then should be overhead pedestrian bridge crossing to cross over the busy 1 way in and 1 way out road of Damansara Damai.
*
The sales says they are proposing for the walkway to be done, but since there is not concrete answer from them when i purchased the unit.... i wouldn't put high hopes on the construction of the pedestrian bridge together for this project. Completion of the project with proper hand over would be sufficient for me.

I tried crossing the road few times to gauge the distance between MRT and the project... It's relatively very near and it's not hard but one still gotta be careful. The reason why is still able to cross is because of the nearby traffic light junction. Car will need to stop to wait for the light to turn green and there is always a gap time for you to cross over.

As for the way in and out I don't find much problem... We are almost sharing the same way as Sierramas owners when coming back and going out. I think Damai is not caught in between like manjalara, sri damansara or desa park city except for the jam before Sierramas junction when coming back which i feel is fine compare to the latter. After the junction, they have a elevated u turn flyover dedicated to damansara damai area which i find quite good. Ya I forgot to mentioned, you dont need to go to McD and u-turn to go out from Damai. This project has another backroad that leads to flyover junction which is quite fast to exit.

Hopefully it will be more resident than investor for this project.

Yes the pedestrian crossing is for those from lestari apartment to cross. traffic light only work during off peak hour.

as for Zizz, without an overhead bridge, will be dangerous to cross. FYI alanlimkk the traffic from main road turning left into Damansara Damai area is always green.

Hopefully they construct one.

Dont think any SA here. It's better for you to go to their sales office which is next to the site to see for yourself.

wow 2 masterbedrooms... this look great until you see it in front of u later...
the kitchen is too small..  can hack utility room?
*
Ya... Kitchen is a bit small. If can hack utility room then would be good.

The wardrobe wall between bedroom 3 and masterbed room I think can be hack and turn it to walk in wardrobe, they have a sample showroom previously for the 1200++SF unit before they turn it to dual key concept.

Block A and B 600 plus units gonna VP soon in 2-3 months time. Will see how the end product whether it is Amara 2.0 or improvement done.

The Sphere project beside seems to be very low occupancy rate now. Probably difficult to rent out in today oversupply market.

So how is it compare to Amara?

Definitely much easier to come back out to the main road compare to OD. Even at night jam, Zizz easily access through the back road with minor jam. If you been in and out of the place currently, you would definitely see the difference of going in and coming out of the said property.

Jam will definitely be jam. Just to name a few Puchong, Sunway, Cheras and Subang also jam. But it's still a very subjective discussion. Most of the owners are those who use to stay nearby and they have gotten quite used to the area. Same goes people in Cheras travelling to Mid Valley direction.

Also if you dont want to walk so much, you may get OD, it's your decision, or you can even stay at the shoplot just facing the future MRT. I still think it's quite a walkable distance to MRT. It's just distance of Maybe 1U Parkson to BU MRT. But I think both OD and Zizz and also other nearby developments does gain some advantage being near to MRT.
