I am currently a Maxis Home Fibre 300MB subscriber for more than 5 years (no more contract).
Contemplating to upgrade package to 500MB, would like to know if any promotion for existing customers?
Have some questions as follows as well:
1) for upgrade from 300mb to 500mb - will i be given any free MESH? How about new WIFI6 modem as i am already using WIFI6 and Dect phone? Will Maxis give me a new set although i may not need them?
2) What about DECT phone call, will i be charged because currently my 300MB package, i have FOC calls and unlimited calls.
3) Just to confirm the upload speed for 500mb package is 100MB?
4) Am i entitled for TV or IPAD purchase if i upgrade under the fibre zerolution? where can i do this? and do i need to purchase the items now during upgrade or can i do it later / anytime after upgrade subscription?
5) So if i agree to upgrade - any technician need to come to my house for setting? or nothing at all - use back same router, same phone dect or technician will pass new router / new dect phone / if MESH just for my keeping - just switch at the 500mb at exchange only, dont think there is actual manual setting needed? how long will this take?

1) Upon upgrade, there will be no free mesh wifi is provided. However, if you interested, we may assisgn our Maxpert to check if your premise is required for Mesh wifi.
2) You may subscribe Unlimited call RM10 to enjoy phone call.
3) Upload speed for 500mbps is 100mbps
4) The Zerolution home device is subject to eligibility check where you may direct walk in neares Maxis centre for further assistance.
5) If the device is not support for new plan, we will assist Maxpert for device replacement and your contract will be renew for 24 months.
