My friend who I help to register much later than me, already get the tplink router, he is upgrading from 10Mbps to 30Mbps

If maxis tell me Aminia or Technicolor, I told them kaninia, f u!

And I'll throw the Tecnicolor router onto their face!

Sorry, I am not going to settle anything less than rm89 on billing by 13/9

As mentioned here, the schedule for upgrade has been extended until end of this month.

Even if go to Maxis center, still need to wait until next month, u think can accept?

As per maxis, the billing will only take effect after the equipment change, really kaninaobu!

So apply to upgrade does not entitle you to billing change, paham?

Register on the first day 20/8 on 9.30pm, help my friend register a few hours later.

My friend got a call on 4/9, and router changed on 8/9

So u think why I need to pay rm30 more for 3 times lower speed?

Why first come not first serve? Why last come sever first?

And I calll Maxis for the past 7 days yet no one calling me

Email Maxis for more than 5 days not answering me

I think for the new plan take to effect, just confirmation from maxis side is required. Router change is optional, your plan will still take effect even though router install later than your new plan activation date. New plan also take effect even though no router change, as long as maxis receive and approve application then make the CONFIRMATION call with customer. The earlier the call is received, the earlier the new plan take effect, prevailing the old plan, otherwise still stuck with old monthly rate. Thats why the call is so important.

Anyone on high rise using copper with 30Mbps?

Upgraded from 10Mbps to 30Mbps last week

Notice the ping increase form 12 to 31

called maxis technical they said 30ms not high, as usual useless to call them anyway!

so i am waiting for router change, but i believe it won't improve the ping, what do you guys think?
