furthermore, current price yield not really attractive anymore...but good to hold lar

well AHB can only buy at Maybank Branch (and bumi only can buy) while REITs can buy at IB & anyone can buy it laugh.gif

yield not much difference

MQREIT gearing close to SC limit of 50%...40%+
UOAREIT gearing much lower

MQREIT large single tenancies - lower turnover of tenants, but one tenant lari, huge earnings impact
UOAREIT make up of many small tenants, high turnover, but negligible impact
