Hope he charge me management fee only 0.1% You can do it yourself The trick is to keep the cost down. Use AmSecurity with cost ~0.17%. Both buy+sell cost = 0.34%. If you can make 1% (eg buy RM1.00, price increase 1 sen, then sell to make 1%), then you can make ~0.66% for 1 trade. 1 month if you successful 6 times, then your yearly return is ~47% on your initial capital ! QUOTE(RedShirt @ Jun 11 2015, 10:07 AM) Hi, can share on why you are quitting this stock? 1. The dividend is (quite) stable, but don't foresee much growth. The properties are all leased to a related party (KPJ Group), you don't expect a son to negotiate with the father to raise rental rates much (as in "Take it, or leave it. You need me more than I need u. I got plenty other waiting tenants."), do you? 2. When u really need to sell, there is not much liquidity for the stock. Noted with much thanks on sharing the arising matters and your concerns. Been accumulating some REITs for dividends. Been acquiring IGBReit and Alaqar.

Al-aqar is a good stock to hold for long term. During recession, it will not be as badly affected as the other reits.

Because our population is aging and healthcare awareness is rising. So even if the economy is bad, people still need to go to hospital for treatment. Therefore the demand for good healthcare will always be there.
