UOAREIT 1.65...who so desperate to accumulate push up the price

CMMT is overpriced now la...drop is normal

MV.. recession proof mall... 

MYR sudah jatuh longkang, still got sooooo many shoppers at weekend.. 

I am still holding some CMMT...disposed some already..  dont really like SW mall development..

Any alternative or not? 

I heard that Quill City Mall do good biz on weekends. later when the mall injected into MQreit should be good leh 

You can't read the financial statement like that.

The unrealised foreign exchange loss (due to RM depreciated against AUD) is hedged against the property owned in Australia or
in other word, when the Australia properties being revalued and its income in AUD (which denominated in Aud, provided property valuation stay the same), will contribute back or hedge back the unrealised foreign exchange loss due to its existing loan.

Some reits like igbreit cmmt have fallen. Is it good time to buy ?

I'm trying to understand the concept of dividend yield.

if the DY is 7%, then the return on the stock (from dividend) is 7%??
so if we invest RM10k, the return will be RM700 per year??

but what about the fluctuation in the price?? how is that taken into account?
to calculate DY, I take dividend divided by stock price. But which stock price do we choose?? 

so DY doesn't take into account increase in stock prices?? If stock price increases, DY is lower but the price of stock has already gone up. Isn't that a good thing?

only got 10 biji of MQ
let say it able to rise to 1.40 or above, shall I dump it for quick profits
(avg price is 1.24)

edit: profit so-so only at 1.40, so might dump at 1.60, if it ever able to reach that high

My questions are:

1) the "annual dividend" paid out is 0.086? (0.0423+0.0437)
2) the annual dividend I got for 10 "full big lots" equal as 10000 x 0.086 = RM860

ROI: 860/(1.27 x 10000) = 6.7712% ??
