Maxis MAXIS FIBRE with MR3220, VOIP not working

ISP/package: MAXIS FIBRE
Location: SG BULOH
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: NO

Personal equipment
Modem: TM-HG8240W
Router: TP-Link TL-MR3220
Firewall used: NO

Problem details
First occurence of problem: VOIP not working
Problem frequency: N/A
Problem description: VOIP not working

Actually my VOIP is working after I chg VLAN ID 822 for Port 1 to tagged but suddenly my internet lak down...
Suspect I didn't disable WAN & WIFI setting in TG784N. Will try it again tonight.

Also would like to follow above guide but I dunno few things on my HG8240W :-
a) IP
b) Username
c) Password

Above guide using old model (HG655a) and ping to 192.168.1.1 isn't reply (after I chg my nbook IP to 192.168.1.250)

Successfully configured my MR3220 to works with H8240w & TG784n v3

H8240w (LAN2) -> MR3220 (LAN1)
TG784n (WAN) -> MR3220 (LAN4)

This is the correct VLAN tagging in MR3220...

In summary
- Configure VLAN 1,621 & 822
- Assign WAN to VLAN621
- Assign LAN to VLAN1
- Assign VOIP to VLAN822
- Disable PPOE & WIFI in TG784n

Forgot aldy but u can search around in the settings...
There's disable button in ppoe settings...

 

Change to:
