True, need to wait SP to finalize the decision. If based on the similiar scheme offered by SDB for their unsold completed unit, downpayment will be totally forfeited.

Beside Bukit Temburung, I presume the major landmark in Ecohill 2 would be a new college / university. Nonetheless, it will take some time..

Register for interest nia.... I have been told those units on the left to the main Ecohill link (which shall be launched soon) are individual title, while those units on the right (semiD/bungalow/cluster) that yet to launch shall be strata title.

Further down is those Beranang Kampung house already. Not far away from the R&R area of Lekas.

Center area SemiD and Bungalow are strata title, should be something similiar to Precinct 2 and 3 of Setia Ecohill 1 now.

As in Setia Ecohill 1, the biggest superlink available only the grandlis (23.6 x 86). I presume in Ecohill 2 also will be similiar. 26 fee footprint DSL shall have the price range similiar to Cluster SemiD I suppose. Perhaps SPS would like to have more cluster semiD unit (which maybe more welcomed by market) compare to big size DSL unit.

Actually she is correct lah, the cluster semiD launch in SEH 2 now is the "lower cost" one, individual title with smaller buildup and land size. Otherwise how can have the pricing between 650k - 700k? Cluster SemiD launched in Ecohill 1 2 years ago also started from 700k ++ liao..

Yeah, definitely will have park, linear garden, lake within the township. If you look at masterplan, you actually already can notice all these features. Nonetheless, the details they will furnish in later stage, if following their practice in Ecohill 1.

They have divided their precinct to woodland, highland and wetland.. Presumably the landscape shall be tally with the theme later.

Nothing from SPS yet.. Definately there will be some..

But it is 90-10 product, the most important question here is if someone already signed the SnP but not able to secure loan after 18 months, what's the outcome/penalty..

Ecohill 2 is located in Beranang, but will be connected to Ecohill 1 throught Ecohill link and need to pass through EcoMajestic. Ultimately will have 3 exits points from Ecohill 2:

- EcoMajestic new interchange to Lekas
- Ecohill link that pass through EcoMajestic
- Jalan Semenyih near to the new entrance of Albury Hill

Heard will launch in June / July, but not yet confirm.

Currently register for interest, not yet booking..

Ouch, then the purchasers need to be aware of this. 10% dp penalty is indeed a fierce bite.

Another thing need to be considered would be the High Tension Cable. There is HTC near to northern part of Ecohill, potential purchaser should request more info on this.

Share the same Lekas interchange with EcoMajestic, coz both projects are side by side together. Silversquare of EM shall be "merged" with the commercial area of SEH 2, forming the gigantic commercial hub in future.
