RA decide one mah... During that time, landscape pass to MPKJ liao, street light pass to MPKJ/TNB, only needs to support the security guard only mah... So if many contributing, less than RM 100 is possible one..

It depends on internal landscape and required efforts too. MPKJ only handle normal grass cutting but not color shrubs. Developer admin costs can be eliminated too after handle back to RA. And yeah main costs usually come from security guards.
