I think we need to pay separately the clubhouse fee annually just like setia alam..

Our maintainance fee is RM80++ a month.
Club house is optional if u wanna join then pay to the club house.
Should be like this.

yes, it is optional to join. They have many package. Pretty cheap, considering RM1200 for single adult yearly fee. If you have more family member to join, the fee is even cheaper! And special rate for kids and elderly!

Ya, the salesperson told me now is chance to buy terrace. The price is really reasonable and the maintenance fees around RM150/month. Club house RM1800/year 2 adults 2 kids. The layout is “cantik lah” 4rooms 3bath

Perhaps the first 6 months inclusive of street light as well. Then the rate is reasonable.

Individual title right? So landscaping maintenace by mpkj so y r buyers paying 4 it via maintenance fees? Shud b for security only n mayb barras will b equipped wth cctv, electic fencing n gurkhas thts y exp😆
