Yes, i think their project is really majestic and classy. The gate is built up very high done properly. But different price lo, good enough to be next to them.

Do u know notice in Ecohill 1, i saw some terrace houses are fenced up quite low and also seem there is no proper guardhouse built. Is that only a temporary before they build a proper one?

Hope they will improve more in the SEH 2. Hehehe...

But my friend is the actual buyer for SEH 1, she told me on that day she reached around 9am. No more units already and she is in waiting list for more than half year to secure a unit.

Well in fact, that's true that property now are harder to flip as the initial price is already high.

But after few years, once everything stabilize, i think price will goes up again.

I have tried to ask before, some said can arrange some said cant and must paid using cheque or bank draft. So i m confused.

I m wondering other developers (smaller one) also can offer to pay using cc, why SPS cant? hmm.gif

I just called SPS, they said S&P signing is based on phases. My phases are not so fast. hehe no wonder i did not receive any notification from them. biggrin.gif
