It depends how fast SPS would like to charge you. SEH 1 unit they charge very late, although the progress is relatively very fast.

Hopefully they will charge slow. But recently I saw them like promoting like crazy. I think maybe need more money to do those campaign 😜

By the way, do you know how's the build up calculated? Is it ground floor + 1st floor + ledge (a/c place) + car porch roof?

I tried to calculate, if I add that seem the build up become too much. 😅

Yes, is match with the S&P. In fact, the sketches in their S&P is very detail.

Recently, they have launch Setia Privilege, they will get to receive a gold coin for purchase of RM500k and above with any of their project. Hmm, wondering can we still claim back the gold coin? Hahhhhahaa
