on matic case, i do believe the wrong part from the ref was he failed to dismiss barnes after the takle on matic. the tackle is dangerous, no question about it. but the way matic reacted is definitely a violent conduct. i will also reacted that way if i am at the receiving end of that kind of tackle. the point is, matic's professionalism was not there when he reacted and he was red carded for that. maybe a bit harsh (considering the event that occured) but warranted.

all in all, case close now. and matic will be rested for 2 games. and considering the upcoming fixtures after the ban, it might be a blessing for us. as for the final against spurs and PL game against west ham, i think ramires and fab can do the job. to spice up things a bit, maybe ake can play in his stead.

Btw, i have a good feeling for this COC final. Jose really knows the special feeling to play at Wembley. He will come up with a proper plan to keep the "Hurry" Kane at bay.

Cuadrado should get more game time as well. his chemistry with hazard is there. once he can link with fabregas and costa, and get used to the EPL, i say we have a proper right winger
