with due all respect avenger, your previous posts and your posting style clearly shows that you're one kind of treatening and hot tempered person. IMHO.

i for one, believe that you've threathen him so in this case, if he is able to show his proof(sms) to us... then this case will be closed.

p/s: anyway if he really shows us the sms, i expect you'd say "sorry, too angry, getting on nerves ... etc"

p/s : i never send any sms to him threatening him (unless he took it as threatening), so i guess there wont be any sms from him. if he really got it, of course he will take it long before this. and the moment i want reply from him, he never want to reply also, even after 1 day.

Not many people seem to realise that this is not a court of law where we decide who is wrong and give punishment. This is a dispute resolution place - you settle your disputes yourself. As such, you need to negotiate. This involves giving and taking - if all you're out to do is establish who is wrong, then quite obviously you won't be getting a resolution. At the end of the day, you lose, avenger. You have nothing now, not even goodwill on your side considering you generally just insult everyone who disagrees with you.

I suggest you take steps to work a solution out with Espionage that will at least give you something, rather than complain and flame everyone who disagrees with your attitude. That doesn't get you anywhere.

If this dispute cannot be resolved, in future better ask all traders dont put personal warranty, since this guy can keep away from trouble and talk alot in forum. personal warranty is for show only.

i oredi stated my proposed solution (u guys keep ignoring it and pinpoint on my bad points, not the first time), and yet he wont nego on it. keep firing me stating i threatening him.

and I do get your point, it's his side that running away from main point, instead he tried to pancing simpati by saying i threatening him (i dono where he get that idea from). now u say i complain? yes, conman managed to brainwash you all.

let me repeat my proposal:
1. a working processor back (at least the same as the one he sold me b4)
2. refund RM 60.

then i will close this case.

avenger, this is a problem between you and espionage. Iron out a deal with him (instead of whining about it to us!). The trade enforcers are not here to settle your problems for you. Your proposal should be to him, not to the trade enforcers or the forum in general.

If you can't come to a resolution with him wt regards to this matter, i will personally offer a solution to the both of you.

1. avenger: I will personally refund you your RM60. The condition is you are forbidden from buying/trading in LYN due to your inability to resolve your dispute with a fellow member (yes, i do agree with espionage with regards to the way you handled this entire issue).

2. espionage: due to your inability to settle your dispute, you will forever have the dispute tag on your nick.

Thats final. This thread is closed. PM me your decisions. And no more arguments. Its either my way or your way.
