Hi all, anybody can share any experiences with Teka and Bosch products? Am considering both these brands. But from online research Teka has bad reviews online but they're all like 2-3 years old.

Also does anybody have experience with one of those Combi Microwave/Grill/Ovens?

Are they good enough to replace conventional ovens?

The combi is only microwave and/or grill function. I don't think it's like convection oven

Hood, induction hob and oven. So far I haven't use the oven yet

I suggest waiting for their warehouse sale around May. I bought all my stuff there at 40-50% off and they are new. Just opened box.

Oh cool! Uhhh, don't know if I can wait till May, reno will be done by then... maybe just leave holes in the cabinets first 

Do they also have the newer models at the sale? Also, mind sharing which models you got, if you're ok with that?

Don't think you can find IR-631 anymore cause when I bought mine at the sale, they had already discontinued this model. There were two units left at that time and I bought one. I think I paid 2k for it. It was new in box too.

Was told that electrolux EOB2400 is made in italy , not sure how true is that . May i know where did u get the price rm2299?

Just for updates, I bought my oven in Feb. I finally chose a brand and ironically it wasn't in my wish list, the Belling BI60MF. It was on promo and I love the fact that it is direct from the UK and carries a 5 year warranty (2 from the manufacturer and 3 from the local store). It was on promo price and I find it reasonably priced.

Have yet to install it so can't really share any experiences with it yet.

if my current kitchen = wet kitchen, and dry kitchen is at the dining area, would it be ok to place my built-in oven in the dry kitchen?
dining hall is just next to the living hall
im concerned of the smell when using it for roasting

No big issue, I did that too, my built-in oven is at my dry kitchen also. It is good to smell it after all.

Agree.  The smell of cake baking or lamb roasting is enticing.
