Call up CS. You do not need a CASA to be able to link your CC to M2U.

Seriously? But before this, I have called their CS few times regarding this issue and they kept gave the cliche answer saying that I must go to any Maybank branch to solve this issue rclxub.gif

Seems like I have no other option rather than create a Saving Account though hmm.gif

What i did 2 months ago for my sister was , call up cs and get the the cs to contact the branch to confirm that it can be done. Then get the branch to contact their technical dept to find out the method.

I just added an account and maintain from there.
Damn good and I'm having extra money every month from the interest generated, pretty good amount in my opinion. brows.gif Not like fixed deposit, this amount of money can be withdrawn anytime. biggrin.gif

My parents who are not IT literate, don't have a M2U account went to Maybank branch and were told that this only can be done via M2U and not at any physical branch. The account is created instantly and I have been recommending the people around me to have a Saver account. biggrin.gif

I faced the same problem before. Was unable to get my
Amex linked despite few calls to CS & few visits to branches. Once opened saving account, everything linked up including loans.
now m2u is my 'one stop center' that manages everything including payments , investment etc.
...very convenient smile.gif

When you login into the m2u homepage... On the main page, got a column for "APPLY ONLINE".. You just need to click on it and everything follow the instruction only.

1) if open another account need to pay another rm8 (or rm12) and get another debit card which will seldom be used?
2) then need to close the existing account, so need to pay another rm5 (or rm10) closing fee?
3) if don't want to pay the closing account fee and choose to let the existing account become dormant, but the money also can't be withdrawn out entirely and need to maintain rm10 inside?

if can convert good la...

1. this is purely online account. no extra fees. can be tag to existing atm/debit card
2. i thought closing fees only applicable if you close within 6 months? after that period, no closing fees.
