Will the Akasa mix development save this place? Saw many shops there, but still can’t pull the Ongness from CTS and C180 to this place here. Still pretty Ong at the Aeon side and the CTS garden apartment is up and rising.

Only need 70+ days settle the transfer process (taking bank loan).
Opening of the unit. Keys still not yet collected.
Still able to claim any defect. Developer is accommodating.

This seems like development over 1000units will easily has many auction units. High density high competition.

High density will work if majority own stay or near rental demand location else will prone to flipper buyer especially those offering high rebate and cashback

I would say since is still newly completed, developer will honour any major defect such as leaking.
Since the developer defect team still around the place, they should help rectify.
But is not a guarantee for auction unit so that's the risk ones need to take.

Bought at wrong entry price. Mostly newly completed high rise projects in Balakong ended up with units in lelong:
- Landmark Residence
- Silk Sky
- Silk Residence
- One Amerin
- Simfoni Tower
