Why not? Since its your house..what u want to do also can..but depends on security..Symphony Tower got 5 tier security..its a bit troublesome for ur clients to visit..but as I know guard will call u first before allow clients to visit u.. wink.gif

Hope the 5 tier security wont become 3 tier or less after VP.. nod.gif

Just visit the condo in penang
Although is fully sold but occupied rate just 10%
Those unoccupied units the Investor never pay the maintenance
The management in trouble now

Confusion. Main page said 22c for MF. Yday at show unit said 25c?
maintenance fees are 25c or 22c?

Even if units sold, if no tenant owner sure dont want to pay maintenance. This will be a problem if the numbers are high for such cases.

It is really really difficult to get tenants these days (esp if you looking for locals).

You rent 2k sure difficult lor, better buy their own rumahwip, Selangorku prima

RM500 sure not enough even half the monthly installment and you take a big risk of damaging your house if you rent to irresponsible tenants. In the end, not enough to repair house also.

Which mean not difficult to rent but difficult to get your preferred rental.
