Since its your house..what u want to do also can..but depends on security..Symphony Tower got 5 tier security..its a bit troublesome for ur clients to visit..but as I know guard will call u first before allow clients to visit u.. Even if units sold, if no tenant owner sure dont want to pay maintenance. This will be a problem if the numbers are high for such cases.
It is really really difficult to get tenants these days (esp if you looking for locals). |
