My SA said ceiling board also not include except toilet because owner may select different light fittings and need different ceiling board design eg someone prefer the perimeter ceiling to hav line type fittings etc. Inside all doc signed not mention it also. No black and white. Different SA got their different statement.

Inside snp, only toilet got. In additonal agreement doc which list down the equipments list, cabinet and furniture list etc but no plater ceiling at kitchen and bed area. Somemore, what u c inside showroom only 80% hav eg.excluded Wallpaper, no mirror at study table and beside the bed cabinet etc. Pls correct me if miss read their doc.
