Hi, you mean plaster celling not included? besides those things you mentioned, what else not included? Partial wardrobe? Which 1 not included? Just now HLB banker called me telling me that loan approve..guess I need to go and sign S&P already..

Besides that, in your S&P, got mention anything about the 2% rebate and 3% downpayment when VP?

Today went to show room to see see and look look..found out that the sales seems not bad for the Premium and Soho..just that the Residences not so good..

Overall sold out units I think got more than 50% as up to date..

Now waiting to sign S&P..

I also wanted to know..plan to ask when I go S&P very soon..

Yeah..definitely will request it when sign SPA..I bought one of the SOHO..which is fully furnish..last saturday I go and check about all the furnitures..stated very unclear..is it normal?

Example:-
Built in cabinet <-- not sure its referring to wardrobe or kitchen cabinet or both
Cooking hood <--- never mentioned about the cooker

Got think before..but not all included..such as those for decorations..
