They don't allow upgrade for existing user. Either terminate your line, and re-apply for 30Mbps

Hope the coverage can expand in 3 months time to cover whole UniFi network (exchange). Normally in most country, they have a async speed for whole fibre package. Theoretically, home users are not allowed to host any server at their home using home fibre package.

instead of starting to choose which internet speed....u choose which hypptv package u want....


then u combine it with UniFi 30.there's no way u can get a dual play or nekkid broadband.

i think almost similiar to Streamyx.when u subscribe to 1Mbps...actually they give u 1.5Mbps...sumthin like that.

35Mbps/6Mbps for UniFi 30 and 56Mbps/11Mbps for UniFi 50.

Now Streamyx 1M get 1024kbps (+- 10%)

be patient.hold on first with ur current package.i bet they will allow to do upgrade after this.just give them a month two.

so sad that the 5mbps increase price due to gst n they didnt offer anything better for it..

it doesn't make sense if UniFi 30 and 50 only available for these 8 exchanges only.So they will introduce it sooner.

Since any UniFi FTTH can go up to 100 Mbps and 35 Mbps for VDSL using the current BTU and RG.

Don't ask me ,how max they can offer in one line.Ayem no expert.

hypptv is useless value. best one if they u get astrux content. then we will see value worth the money there.

20mbps RM179 with astrux/with 2 years contract , RM219 no contract
50mbps RM199 with astrux+free call/with 2 years contract , RM249 no contract
100mbps RM239 with astrux+ free call+mobile 4g mifi hotspot[if got 4g market]/tmgo discount/family plan, /with 2 years contract , RM299 no contract
