i am talking about new install,in term of technical,their CRM software allows UniFi 30 or UniFi 50 to be bought without any HyppTV,even any reseller can do an order UniFi 30 or UniFi 50 without any paid HyppTV to be added.
The only issue right now,TM is pushing UniFi 30 or UniFi 50 to be bundle with any paid HyppTV packages by process control.
So if any reseller can offer without HyppTV then it is valid because the system allow it.But will TM honour the orders are different stories altogether.
If you are doing upgrade from current VIP packages,you're lucky if you are not subscribing to any paid HyppTV packages,u are paying less for more download speed.
Basically UniFi 30 and UniFi 50 ditch ur current
-TM WiFi
-InfoBlast
-Free call within TM landline
-Residential Internet Security Suite
-Any discount tied to ur current account.

U30 + Varnam = 169 + 30 + 6%GST
U30 + Aneka = 169 + 30 + 6%GST
U30 + Ruby = 169 + 40 + 6%GST
U30 + Jumbo = 169 + 60 + 6%GST
U50 + Varnam = 219 + 30 + 6%GST
U50 + Aneka = 219 + 30 + 6%GST
U50 + Ruby = 219 + 40 + 6%GST
U50 + Jumbo = 219 + 60 + 6%GST

for those who do the order but still didn't know their appointment...most probably your reseller/sales person didn't entered into the system yet.
once in the system...the order fulfilment is almost automated.
