my advice to all.stick with ur current package first.looking at how they works.i think their UniFi 30 is half baked product.

if u can upgrade seamlessly from VIP 5 to 10 or 20 why can't 30 ? can do this online summore....

actually their system need to replace the speed profile only and then update the billing system. whistling.gif

Naked UniFi 30 price is RM 169 without IPTV.

Jumbo Pack is RM 60

(RM 169 + RM 60 ) * 1.06 (GST) = RM242.74

Old Ruby Pack is RM 30.Right now Ruby pack is RM 40 instead of RM 30(They increased the price).LOL.

(RM 169 + RM 30 ) * 1.06 (GST) = RM210.94 (Old)

(RM 169 + RM 40 ) * 1.06 (GST) = RM221.54 (New)

There's no discount for HyppTV packages when u are subscribing to UniFi 30

The CS must be confused with the Ja-Jumbo promotion that only applicable to VIP 10 and VIP 20.For that one u really add extra RM 10 for the Jumbo package.(RM50 is discounted)

u can try,i always get average of 18Mbps/18Mbps with ping less than 10ms.

u must be using Chrome.their SSL cert is using obsolete encryption which Chrome doesn't want to support anymore.
